Intersquad Meets

Optional Saturday meets begin January 23 and take place every other week.
Arrive at 8:15 AM · Warm-up at 8:30 AM · Racing at 9:00 AM
Meets finish around 10:30 AM.

Intersquad Meets begin with warm-up at 8:30 AM and finish around 10:30 AM. No practice on Monday, January 18 (MLK Day), or Monday, February 15 (Presidents Day).

Group Placement

For swimmers ages 5–18 who can swim 25 yards independently in any stroke. This is a swim team, not swim lessons. Placement is based on age, experience, and skill level.

    7 & Under
    Fundamentals for young swimmers. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards independently.

    8–10 (Group A)
    Developing technique and endurance in all four strokes.

    8–10 (Group B)
    Stronger technique and race experience; ready for a faster practice pace.

    11–12
    Refining technique, endurance, speed, and race strategy.

    13 & Up
    Advanced technique, conditioning, and race preparation for experienced swimmers.

    Coaches may adjust swimmer placement after the first practice if needed.

Meet Participation

Optional meets give swimmers a chance to practice racing and track their progress.

REGISTRATION

Registration Options

Full Season Registration

$500 for all five sessions · $100 per session
Save $75 compared with five individual sessions.
Registration window: January 2–8, 2027.

Session-to-Session Registration

$115 per four-week session. Register separately for each session, subject to availability. See the session schedule above for registration windows.

Complete the required 2027 waivers and register each swimmer separately. No refunds after a session has started, including for missed practices or scheduling conflicts.
