Welcome to our Fall 2026 program!

This season runs from August through December and includes five 4-week sessions with practices on Mondays and Wednesdays, plus optional Intersquad Meets every other Saturday.

Registration Options

Choose the option that best fits your family’s schedule and commitment level.

Please note: All practice groups are capped and tend to fill quickly. Once a group fills, registration will close and a waitlist will open.

Full Season Registration (August–December)

Best for guaranteed spots

Registration Window: July 20th — July 24th

Cost: $475 for the full season (5 sessions included)

• Guaranteed spot for the entire season

• No need to re-register each month

• Most consistent training and simpler planning

Session-to-Session Registration

Cost: $105 per session

Register one 4-week session at a time

• Flexible month-to-month option

• Must re-register before each session

• Spots not guaranteed — groups often fill

• Registration window dates for each session are listed below

Practice Groups & Times

All groups are capped to maintain high-quality coaching and safe lane sizes.
Once a group reaches capacity, remaining families will be directed to the waitlist.

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

Practice Times:

7 & Under: 4:00–4:45 PM
8–10 (Group A): 4:50–5:35 PM
8–10 (Group B): 5:40–6:25 PM
11–12: 6:30–7:15 PM
13 & up - 7:20–8:20 PM

(Practice times remain the same as Spring 2026.)

A general guide to help families choose the appropriate practice group. Coaches may recommend a different group after the first practice if needed.
7 & Under
Young swimmers building confidence and learning the fundamentals. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards independently.
8–10 (Group A)
Swimmers continuing to develop technique, endurance, and confidence in all four strokes.
8–10 (Group B)
Swimmers with stronger technique and race experience who are ready for a faster practice pace.
11–12
Swimmers continuing to refine technique while building endurance, speed, and race strategy.
13 & Up
Experienced swimmers focused on advanced technique, conditioning, and race preparation.
Coaches may adjust swimmer placement after the first practice if needed.
