  • This message simply means that no practice groups are currently open for enrollment.

Registration opens during specific windows for Full Season and Session-to-Session sign-ups. When registration is closed, practice groups will not appear on the payment page.

Once a registration window opens, available groups will automatically populate and become selectable.

If you’re unsure whether registration is currently open, check the current season page or Recent Updates for the latest dates.

  • All waivers — including the Vistancia HOA waiver and Vipers team waivers — must be completed once per year.

During registration, you will simply confirm that your waivers for the current year are complete and up to date.

If you have already submitted the required waivers for this year, no additional forms are needed.

  • Groups fill quickly. If a group is full, please check back for openings or email us to ask about waitlist options.

  • For accuracy and safety, each registration collects swimmer-specific information.

Because of this, please complete a separate registration for each child.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Make sure you are signed up to receive our team communication emails. You can do that on our “Recent Updates” Page.

Your swimmer will be added to our roster, and we’ll send practice reminders before the session begins.

  • Yes. Swimmers must be able to swim the length of our pool (25 yards) unassisted and without stopping, in any form or stroke.

Vipers is a developmental swim team, not swim lessons.

Swimmers should be comfortable in the water and able to safely move across the pool. If unsure, please reach out for guidance.

  • Due to limited lane space, fixed coaching assignments, and advance session planning, Vipers does not offer refunds for registrations.

In rare circumstances, we may review a situation case by case, but refunds are not guaranteed and should not be expected.
