You’re here to understand how our training and registration work.
Vistancia Vipers is a coach-led, developmental swim program designed to help swimmers build strong technique, confidence, and consistency in the water.
How Our Program is Structured
We operate in two primary formats throughout the year — both built around the same coaching approach and swimmer development.
1. Monthly Sessions (Fall–Spring)
Our standard training structure runs through most of the year using monthly sessions.
Each session includes:
Scheduled weekly practices (typically 2x per week)
Defined start and end dates
Optional competitive meets
This format allows families to stay consistent while maintaining flexibility month-to-month.
2. Summer Season (Full Season Registration)
Summer operates as a single, full-season program rather than monthly sessions.
The summer season includes:
Daily weekday practices (Monday–Friday)
A consistent weekly schedule and routine
Multiple swim meets throughout the season
A defined start and end date
Summer is our most active and immersive training period, where swimmers build momentum through consistent daily water time.
Our Two Registration Options
Depending on the time of year, families will see one of the following options available:
Full Season Registration
Used for summer season (and occasionally full fall/spring blocks)
One-time registration covering the entire season
Best for consistency, routine, and overall value
Session-to-Session Registration
Used during fall–spring monthly sessions
Register one session at a time
Flexible option while still following structured training
Both options follow the same coaching philosophy and group structure.
When & How to Enroll
Registration opens during specific enrollment windows for each session or season.
When registration is open:
Practice groups appear on the registration page
Families complete waivers, select groups, and submit payment
If you see “No results found,” registration is simply not open yet.
How Practice Groups Work
Practice groups are based on age, experience, and development needs.
No tryouts required
Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool (25 yards)
Coaches guide placement and progression
Group adjustments may be recommended as swimmers grow
