Welcome to our Spring 2026 program!

This season runs from January through May and includes five 4-week sessions with practices on Mondays and Wednesdays, plus Intersquad Meets every other Saturday.

This page includes all Spring 2026–specific details, including practice groups, schedules, session dates, meet information, and registration windows.

Registration Options

Choose the option that best fits your family’s schedule and commitment level.

Please note: All practice groups are capped and tend to fill quickly. Once a group fills, registration will close and a waitlist will open.

Full Season Registration (January–May)

Best for guaranteed spots

Registration Window: December 29 – January 2

Cost: $475 for the full season (5 sessions included)

• Guaranteed spot for the entire season

• No need to re-register each month

• Most consistent training and simpler planning

Session-to-Session Registration

Cost: $105 per session

Register one 4-week session at a time

• Flexible month-to-month option

• Must re-register before each session

• Spots not guaranteed — groups often fill

• Registration window dates for each session are listed below


Practice Groups & Times

All groups are capped to maintain high-quality coaching and safe lane sizes.
Once a group reaches capacity, remaining families will be directed to the waitlist.

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Location: Foothills Pool - 31642 N Westland Rd, Peoria AZ 85383

Practice Times:

  • 7 & Under: 4:00–4:45 PM

  • 8–10 B: 4:50–5:35 PM

  • 8–10 A: 5:40–6:25 PM

  • 11–12: 6:30–7:15 PM

  • 13 & up - 7:20–8:20 PM

(Practice times remain the same as Fall 2025.)

  • A simple guide to help new families pick the right group:

    • 7 & Under: Young swimmers learning fundamentals; must be able to swim the distance of the pool (25 yards)

    • 8–10 B: Developing swimmers who are still building technique and confidence

    • 8–10 A: More experienced swimmers with stronger ability and good stroke familiarity

    • 11–12: Older swimmers developing technique and endurance

    • 13 & up: Older experienced swimmers focused on high school level training

    Coaches may adjust swimmer placement after the first practice if needed.

Spring 2026 Sessions & Meet Schedule

Below are all session dates, practice notes, meet days, and registration windows:

Session 1: January 5 – February 1

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

  • No Practice: Jan 19 (MLK Day)

  • Intersquad Meets: Jan 17 & Jan 31

  • Registration Window: Jan 3 - Jan 7th

Session 2: February 2 – March 1

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

  • No Practice: Feb 16 (Presidents Day)

  • Intersquad Meets: Feb 14 & Feb 28

  • Registration Window: Jan 24 - Feb 4th

Session 3: March 2 – March 29

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

  • Intersquad Meets: Mar 14 & Mar 28

  • Registration Window: Feb 21 - March 4th

Session 4: March 30 – April 26

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

  • Intersquad Meets: Apr 11 & Apr 25

  • Registration Window: Mar 21 - April 1st

Session 5: April 27 – May 23

Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays

  • Intersquad Meets: May 9 & May 23

  • Registration Window: Apr 18 - April 29th

  • (Season ends before the week of May 25)

  • Our Intersquad Meets are relaxed, fun, developmental meets held every other Saturday during each session.

    What parents should know:

    • Arrival Time: 8:15 AM

    • Meets last about 60–75 minutes

    • All swimmers are encouraged to participate

    • Events rotate (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke)

    • Great opportunity for swimmers to apply skills and build confidence

  • Each 4-week session includes:

    • Two weekly practices (Mon/Wed)

    • Focused technique work across all four strokes

    • Weekly emphasis on a specific stroke or skill

    • Small-group attention from coaches

    • Intersquad Meets every other Saturday

    • Goggles

    • Towel

    • Water bottle

    • Swim cap (optional but recommended)

    • Warm clothes for cooler days

  • Trident League meet dates for 2026 will be announced early in the new year.
