Spring Season 2026
Welcome to our Spring 2026 program!
We’re offering five 4-week sessions from January through May, with practices on Mondays & Wednesdays and Intersquad Meets every other Saturday. This page includes everything you need for the season — registration, dates, practice times, and meet info.
Start Here (New Families)
If this is your first season with us, here’s the quick overview:
Review practice groups & times
Choose Full Season or Session-to-Session registration
Complete the registration + waiver forms
During your registration window, select your swimmer’s practice group(s) on the payment page
Submit payment to secure your spot
Show up to your first Monday or Wednesday practice — coaches will guide your swimmer from there!
Registration Options
Choose the option that fits your family.
Please note: All practice groups are capped and tend to fill quickly. Once a group fills, a waitlist will open.
Full Season (January–May) — Best for guaranteed spots
Registration Window: Dec 29 – Jan 2 (5 days only)
Cost: $475 for the full season
(Equivalent to $95/session, 5 sessions included)
Register once and your swimmer is enrolled for all 5 sessions.
Spot is guaranteed for the entire season
No need to re-register each month
Consistent training and simpler planning
Session-to-Session (Month-to-Month)
Cost: $105 per session
Register for one 4-week session at a time.
Flexibility to join session-by-session
Must re-register before each session
Spots not guaranteed — groups often fill

How to Sign Up
Step 1: Go to the Registration page and complete the registration + waiver forms.
Step 2: During your open registration window, select your swimmer’s practice group(s) on the payment page and complete payment.
Practice Groups & Times
All groups are capped to maintain high-quality coaching and safe lane sizes.
Once a group reaches capacity, remaining families will be directed to the waitlist.

Practice Times:
7 & Under: 4:00–4:45 PM
8–10 B: 4:50–5:35 PM
8–10 A: 5:40–6:25 PM
11–12: 6:30–7:15 PM
13 & up - 7:20–8:20 PM
(Practice times remain the same as Fall 2025.)
Which Group Should My Swimmer Join?
A simple guide to help new families pick the right group:
7 & Under: Young swimmers learning fundamentals; must be able to swim the distance of the pool (25 yards)
8–10 B: Developing swimmers who are still building technique and confidence
8–10 A: More experienced swimmers with stronger ability and good stroke familiarity
11–12: Older swimmers developing technique and endurance
13 & up: Older experienced swimmers focused on high school level training
Coaches may adjust swimmer placement after the first practice if needed.

Intersquad Meet Info
Our Intersquad Meets are relaxed, fun, developmental meets held every other Saturday during each session.
What parents should know:
Arrival Time: 8:00 AM
Meets last about 60–75 minutes
All swimmers are encouraged to participate
Events rotate (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke)
Great opportunity for swimmers to apply skills and build confidence
What to Expect Each Session
Each 4-week session includes:
Two weekly practices (Mon/Wed)
Focused technique work across all four strokes
Weekly emphasis on a specific stroke or skill
Small-group attention from coaches
Intersquad Meets every other Saturday
What to Bring to Practice
Goggles
Towel
Water bottle
Swim cap (optional but recommended)
Warm clothes for cooler days
Frequently Asked Questions
Are groups capped?
Yes — all groups have a strict capacity limit. Once full, registration will close and a waitlist will open.
Can we switch groups?
Group moves are limited and based on space and coach assessment.
What if we miss a practice?
No makeups are offered, but swimmers can jump back in at the next scheduled practice.
Do swimmers need to attend meets?
Highly encouraged, but not required.
Can we join mid-season?
If space is available — check with us before registering.
