How Seasons & Registration Work
Vistancia Vipers is a developmental swim team built around structured seasons, flexible registration options, and intentional swimmer growth. This page gives a high-level overview of how our seasons work and how to know when you’re ready to register.

How Our Swim Seasons Are Structured
We operate on season-based programming, not open monthly enrollment. This helps us maintain consistent group sizes, coach with intention, and provide a better experience for swimmers.
Each season includes:
Scheduled weekly practices
Defined session start and end dates
Optional competitive meets
Full schedules and details are always listed on each season’s page.
Our Two Registration Options
Families can choose the option that best fits their schedule and commitment level.
Full Season Registration
Covers the entire season and offers the most consistency and value.
Session-to-Session Registration
Allows families to register one session at a time while still training within our program structure.
Both options follow the same coaching approach and group placement philosophy.
Registration Windows
Registration opens during specific enrollment windows for each season or session.
When registration is open:
Practice groups appear on the registration page
Families complete waivers, select groups, and submit payment
If you see “No results found,” registration is simply not open yet.
How Practice Groups Work
Practice groups are based on age, experience, and development needs.
No tryouts required
Coaches guide placement and progression
Group adjustments may be recommended as swimmers grow
